Summer Camps Cancelled for 2020

For the past two weeks we have been training our summer staff preparing for the 5 weeks of camp still scheduled. Last night we received test results confirming that a member of our summer staff is COVID 19 positive. The entire staff of HHCC will be quarantined for 14 days in compliance with the Tennessee Department of Health. Over the past three months we have prepared new procedures in every area of camp life. It is with a sense of great loss that we have had to make the decision to cancel the remaining weeks of camp this summer. We know that this will be a great disappointment to campers who have seen so many events altered or cancelled this spring and summer. At times like this we must remember that the Lord knows everything, He can do anything and He is always with us. While we don’t understand why, we must continue to trust Him.

There are three options for you concerning payments that you have made:

  1. You can receive a full refund.

  2. You can roll your fees into a future HHCC event.

  3. You can donate all or part of your fees to the camp ministry.

Thank you for your understanding and please continue to pray for the Lord’s work at Horton Haven Christian Camp.
