The facility contains two separate types of accommodations. The Campground and Fernwood Lodge, and are available for rental together or separately. There may be other groups using the facilities during your visit at Horton Haven.
Food and Kitchen staff are included in the total cost and meals are served in an air conditioned and heated dining hall. Meals are served at designated times: Breakfast at 8:00am, Lunch at 12:00pm, and Dinner at 6:00pm. The only meal offered for Sunday is a continental breakfast.
The Campground has 10 cabins and accommodates up to 152 people. There are NO bathrooms in the cabins. There is a central bathhouse in the center of the campgrounds. You must bring your own bedding and towels. The campground is $50 per person for camp use and 3 meals and $5 a night per person for cabin accommodations. Camp use fee also includes canoeing, hayride, campfire use of the sports field and gym. A $500 Security Deposit is required to hold the requested dates, along with a Rental Agreement and a copy of your organization's tax exemption certificate.
The Fernwood Lodge has 13 rooms and accommodates up to 52 people. All rooms will accommodate up to four people (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds), and have private bathrooms, heat and A/C. The use of the meeting rooms (4) in the lodge and camp activities such as hayride, campfire, canoeing, and sports field etc. is included as weather permits. The cost is $50 per person for camp use fees and three meals plus the cost of rooms. A $750 Security Deposit is required to hold the requested dates, along with a Rental Agreement and a copy of your organization's tax exemption certificate.

We offer a variety of activities to help you enjoy your retreat, providing that equipment at no extra cost. These activities are all included in your base fee.

- Outdoor Volleyball and basketball courts

- 9 hole Disk Golf
- Two hours of Gym time
- Challenge Course- available for $10 per person for 2 hours of use
- High Adventure Area: including ziplines, tower, etc.- call for pricing
- Indoor Climbing wall is available for $5 per climb (minimum 20 climbs)
- Rappelling is available for an additional fee of $5 per person with a minimum charge of $100.
- Seasonal: Our outdoor swimming pool may be used for an additional fee of $75 per group for 2 hours and each additional hour is $25.
You may also wish to take advantage of the golf facilities nearby.
Additional meals may be requested in advance at $7 each, $4 for children ages 4 to 8, and children under 3 are free. The only meal offered on Sunday is a continental breakfast and it is $5 a person. Our sound system in the Greystone Chapel is available for use at $15 per session. Only HHCC staff is permitted to use this equipment unless prior permission and instruction has been given.
There is NO smoking, alcohol, or fireworks/arms on the campgrounds.
Reservations may be made by phone but MUST be confirmed by sending in a completed rental form and deposit. We encourage inquiries by phone and will be happy to discuss any questions you may have. You must print, fill out, and mail in OR complete online a Rental Agreement Form for the facility or facilities you wish to rent as well as a general information worksheet.
