Katy Anderson is the oldest of 10 children having grown up on an Iowa family farm. She graduated from Emmaus Bible College with a degree in elementary education and Bible. After spending six years living in Tennessee, she still misses her southern friends, cooking and hospitality. Currently, Katy and her husband Caleb live in Chicago, Illinois where she teaches 4th grade. She is involved in her local church as a small group leader and enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
Polly Rinehart grew up in a small, central Iowa farm with three siblings. After graduating from Iowa Wesleyan College with her degree in nursing, she worked as an OB nurse for 10 years. She and her husband Greg have ten children and have worked together on their family farm. Her husband is serving as an elder in their church. The Lord’s faithfulness has brought her through the challenges and joys as she continues the journey home.
